- Provide a comprehensive site package to include full scale drawings, aerials, lots of maps, fact sheets, neighboring competition, competition in the trade area, food store volumes, customized demographics, etc.
- Commit man hours to your assignment. Provide monthly status reports of deals in process, site submittals, and inquiries, etc.
- Mail your site criteria to every retailer in the target market to identify lease expirations, or a potential vacancy
